Eugenia has more than 14 years of business experience. We familiarized the reader with her activities in publications on the pages of Cosmo Lady. Until February 2022 she was constantly in the top of beautiful and successful ladies of Ukraine.
Eugenia, you were an example for many in times of peace. You are an example now. Share your experience of doing business in today’s conditions. What has changed?
For the first few months, most of our team left. In my field it was possible to work and develop abroad, but I decided to hold on and continue working in Ukraine. I am glad that I made this decision and I am grateful to those who came back, believe and work in my project. Our team is well-coordinated, professional and dedicated. In the conditions in which we live now, every day is a new challenge. Now we are adapting to power outage schedules, in moments of shelling, like all Ukrainians, we go to work in a shelter. Our partners and clients work in exactly the same conditions. Therefore, we understand each other and support each other.
How have order volumes and inquiries in general changed?
I am very glad that people believe and continue to build new objects, to complete, previously started, to design for the future. Those who respect comfort and coziness in the house, order us to create it. Even bomb shelters are arranged tastefully, of course, taking into account all the requirements for shelter.
Are there special requirements for bomb shelter equipment?
Yes. And first of all, it is reliability, increased stress resistance of materials. Some storage facilities are equipped taking into account the possibility of a nuclear attack. All new facilities are designed with mandatory safe shelter.
Getting the job done within the specified timeframe is difficult with the constant unpredictability of war?
We try to fulfill our work according to the agreements. In the situation of lack of goods on request, we offer an alternative. Nowadays, the requests themselves are more loyal. It is possible to meet in a luxurious interior very democratic in cost things. Now the priority is not the brand, but expediency and convenience. Although the love for brands, leaders of comfort and luxury, still remains. People even in difficult conditions appreciate authoritative quality and uniqueness.
What can you say about partnership in war?
The war turned on its filters. Tough conditions always harden, add vigilance, weed out the superfluous, unite the strong. As an example, my girlfriends and I have united businesses that are not competitive, but on the contrary strengthen our directions in such a tandem and help us make quick, optimal decisions. Together we are stronger.
