Profiling: what characteristics identify a user of profiling services?
There are many questions. The analysis took some time — and here is the outcome: there is a whole range of qualities that make a person ready to use the innovative tool of Profiling. Therefore, I present to you the groups into which I (for convenience) have divided these characteristics. Highlighted are the personality traits that directly move the user toward Profiling and create a solid system for further work with it:
- The presence of a combination of unique business qualities. A grip that unites intellect and quick decision‑making. Inner strength to drive business forward (even when a dead end catches up and holds on). Insightful creativity (the sense of a wave when most panic). The awareness that the team is watching you (you are the example). The understanding and acceptance that you must not fail (you recognize responsibility) and must use the maximum tools for a confident result.
Interestingly, the profile of such a personality always points to multitasking (the ability to work with multiple directions) and rapid, well‑reasoned decisions (a person hesitates little, does not get distracted from the essence). Such a person has an advisor in the “face” of Profiling — something that helps, substantiates, and complements perspectives on processes, confirms knowledge, and warns against mistakes, drawing attention to what exactly needs further analysis: a politician, a leader.
Priority — strong‑willed determination to move business in unusual conditions (without stopping because of obstacles). Change — inner strengthening of oneself. Or the chosen path to become stronger (perhaps unbreakable).
- Creative perspective and analytics. This means the ability to single out from a pile of different projects those that will be interesting and in demand by potential consumers, useful and safe, effective and convenient. The ability to see development prospects where even stability is not apparent. And on the other hand — studying clients and what they need right now.
Here we are talking about an impulsive, spontaneous personality who lives through development and the power of steps forward. New projects that reinforce the significant core. Alternative sources of income, but within the same business. A CEO, a regional manager of international projects. Step‑by‑step building of a client network.
Priority — new development, enhanced flourishing. A new stage. A higher level. A new step. Change — renewal.
- Unconventional and non‑classical paths in approaching consumer engagement. No fear of failure. The credo: “Those who never fall cannot appreciate the rise.”
A chess businessman of a new level. A king of multi‑step systems of the new generation, where intellect relies on the support of new knowledge. Business — a game on the path to success. A modern young entrepreneur who has already begun to change business algorithms for the new reality.
Priority — an intellectual player following the path of a non‑classical school (a natural talent). Change — awareness of one’s talents and abilities.
- Collaboration with outstanding experts and unique business directions. Working with truly special people, with complex characters and challenging conditions of development. The absence of seeking convenience — guaranteed victory (because professionals are behind you, even if with certain quirks).
The internationalist. Another country. Other people and cultures. Negotiations, study, results. Special tasks. Ambitious peaks. Such a business does not exist elsewhere — it is unique and not for everyone, just like Profiling itself.
Priority — negotiations rule the world. A new trump card. Opportunities. Change — the search for balance and results.
- A tendency toward constant movement. The need for movement that is constructive, defined, and conscious. Like sport, which leads to the victory of your project. Movement combined with the need to influence the surrounding world and to restore (heal) it and yourself at the same time.
A businessman with an emphasis on healthy and proper life positioning. Bright colors and a healthy lifestyle. He is inside the system. Eco‑business throughout a healthy life. Organic work, organic labor, and organic results. Ensuring a competent assessment of consciousness and using Profiling to harmonize oneself and business. A healthy person who works.
Priority — recovery. Change — awareness of the power of health (if there is health, there will be everything).
- Care for one’s clients. Harmony with oneself in work. The desire to give them more than the rest of the market offers. At the same time, not neglecting one’s own comfort, because valuing the quality of using Profiling gives birth to the quality of providing services to clients. A person capable of openly loving their neighbor.
Service. Hotel, automotive, food industries. Where care is strength and unyielding authority. Quality in the details. Identifying needs and improving projects thanks to Profiling — always constructive and optimal solutions. An owner of a new generation of services.
Priority — sincere care. Change — respect.
And now let’s play Sherlock and ask ourselves: what kind of businessman would you be (or are)? To which group would you assign yourself? Because it is precisely in reflecting on our own path that we sometimes find the answers we need today.
